General repairs and maintenance services. If it is outside of our range of services, we will do what we can to help you find someone who can help you.

Getting new things doesn’t have to be a problem. If you haven’t already purchased your new items, we can help you select the appliance that best fits your personal needs and budget.

If we are unable to bid the job with the provided information or pictures, we will stop by for free to properly inspect the work. We want to provide accurate information to you at all times.

Most residential needs, that will only require one technician, will fall into the basic services category. We do quality work but we are also quick and efficient. We have a one hour minimum service charge but will not round up past the first hour. If it takes an hour and five minutes, that is what you will be charged for.

Specialty services. We can offer you many services at around half the price of most providers of the same service. Since we offer such a diverse product, we do not need to charge as much for labor. High voltage electrical work, main plumbing line unclogging, insulation installation, retexturing ceilings, etc.

Major services where multiply technicians are required.

Jobs that are a bio or safety hazard, requiring specialty protection equipment or protection clothing.
